Position: Calloway’s Tennessee Kitchen Manager
About: Calloway’s Tennessee Kitchen is a family-owned, scratch kitchen, partnership with EZ Stop Convenience Stores located throughout the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our mission is to provide quality, fast, fresh, and local products paired with convenience store items to service the community.
Requirements: Experience leading, developing, and selecting teams in a food service establishment; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Understanding of kitchen finances and awareness of the overall business implications; Ability to perform individually and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision; Experience in food service operations with knowledge of kitchen equipment; Ability to work any shift based on business needs to include some nights, weekends, and holidays
