Position: Cafe Sous Chef – Red Rock
About: Responsible for overseeing all Team Member and Guest interactions, evaluating job performance, setting schedules and duties, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and/or fine dining environments; experience with ordering and inventory control; proficient computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organization and communication skills; in-depth food knowledge including profit loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation; hands-on experience in high-volume kitchen production; flexible schedule; strong leadership skills
