Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume or fine dining establishments; prior experience with ordering and inventory management; adept at using computers; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills; in-depth food knowledge including profit loss analysis, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory management, and sanitation practices; hands-on kitchen experience in high-volume food production; flexible schedule availability; strong leadership abilities
