About: Responsible for overseeing Team Member performance, scheduling, budget creation, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment in a high-volume dining setting. Seeking a qualified individual to lead cost controls and ensure operational financial goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume or fine dining establishments; prior experience with ordering and inventory management; adept at using computers; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills; in-depth food knowledge including profit loss analysis, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory management, and sanitation practices; hands-on kitchen experience in high-volume food production; flexible schedule availability; strong leadership abilities
