Position: Cafe Manager
About: Urban Air Adventure Park, the preeminent indoor adventure park and market leader in location-based entertainment, is seeking a dedicated Caf Manager to oversee the operations of the Urban Air Caf and guide the performance of Team Members. This practical, hands-on role involves working in the kitchen and service area, preparing and serving food with a sense of urgency while maintaining guest satisfaction and team support.
Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant experience); 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred; must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days of employment
