Position: Cafe Manager
About: The Barriques store is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead all team members in ensuring efficient and profitable store operations, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive environment for customers and staff. This full-time position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements: College education preferred; prior restaurant or retail management experience required, with a strong preference for employee management and leadership experience. Proficient with computer skills, including familiarity with Google Drive applications. Must have regular access to a reliable vehicle. Ability to frequently stand, use hands and arms, lift up to 30-40lbs, and bend and twist from the waist.
