About: Randstad, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Talent Solutions to drive customer satisfaction through promoting Randstad’s staffing solutions, expanding existing business relationships, and recruiting top talent to match clients’ staffing needs. The Business Development Manager – Talent Solutions leverages tools and technology to enhance client and talent experiences, collaborates cross-functionally to generate leads, and grows the client base while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience; minimum 1+ years of business experience, preferably in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing; background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations is a plus; ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; experience delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment; proficiency in utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications; proficient in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
