Position: Burgerville General Manager Washington Restaurants
About: Burgerville is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead in upholding standards for excellence in food quality, guest experience, and staff development. The role involves engaging in fostering actions to deliver restaurant performance while building a workplace culture grounded in the mission to Serve with Love. The General Manager will be actively present during all restaurant operating hours and spend 80% of their time on the restaurant floor and 20% in back-office support. This position offers a pay range starting at $25/hour with regular overtime pay.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred; minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a high-performing Assistant Manager at Burgerville or 2-3 years in the restaurant industry required; Food Handlers certificate/card required; First Aid certification provided by Burgerville at no cost to the employee; current driver’s license and dependable vehicle required
