Position: BROILER CHEF
About: Dukes Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated Broiler Chef to support its kitchen operations in preparing menu items to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma and/or GED preferred; minimum 5 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen preparing meats, poultry, pork, pastas, vegetables, and soups; must be at least 21 years of age; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule, including weekends; proficiency in English, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; ability to remain calm under pressure and tolerate high noise levels and other environmental factors; food handlers certification required
