This role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, internal sales processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience by adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma; minimum of 3 years financial center management/supervision experience preferred; solid interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work with a wide variety of personalities; strong math skills; understanding of safety and security practices; ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities; customer service skills; organizational and time management skills; ability to coach and manage staff performance; bilingual in Polish and English preferred
