Position: Branch Manager
About: FinTrust Connect, a well-established community bank in Garfield, NJ, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, internal sales process, and customer experience. The role involves ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, risk management, financial controls, and providing necessary reporting.
Requirements: High school diploma; minimum of 3 years financial center management/supervision experience preferred; solid interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities; strong math skills; knowledge of safety and security practices; ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities; customer service skills; organizational and time management abilities; coaching and staff management experience; bilingual in Polish and English preferred.
