Position: BOH Smoker
About: Pit Master/Smoker is responsible for preparing smoked meats, seasonings and sauces per guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of all products to the satisfaction of Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of raw meat handling guidelines; ability to build and maintain fires; ability to follow recipes and operate without constant supervision; flexibility and adaptability to changing daily needs; organizational skills; attention to detail and quality control; understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
