Position: Bilingual General Manager
About: Ojos Locos is seeking a General Manager to oversee the store operations while upholding the Ojos Locos brand concept and ensuring profitability. The role involves managing costs, enforcing policies, and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements: 3-4 years of previous general manager experience; 2-4 years high volume bar/restaurant experience; Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times; Liquor License certified is mandatory; Food manager certificate required; Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
