Position: Bertucci’s-Kitchen / Pasta Cook

Requirements: Responsible for the preparation of appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertuccis specifications; Knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling; Food rotation, set-up, and break-down; Stocking wood, presentation of products, and cleaning utensils and general work area; Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner; Ensure accurate temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers; Inspect stock levels and establish daily prep list; Store, unpack, and retrieve food items appropriately; Monitor and report equipment malfunctions; Prepare food products following safety policies; Maintain sanitary work area as per State Health Department standards
