Position: Bench Executive Chef

About: White Lodging is seeking a dedicated and innovative Chef to lead all culinary functions within the hotel, setting high standards for food quality and service. The Chef will oversee food preparation, menu development, staff management, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and profitability goals in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administration; extensive experience in food preparation and kitchen management; strong knowledge of health department regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards; proficiency in managing culinary operations and financial aspects; ability to mentor and develop culinary staff
