About: Bartenders at our restaurant are responsible for managing drink orders, recommending drinks, preparing cocktails, and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and social environment. They maintain bar cleanliness, interact with customers, and ensure regulatory compliance while handling cash transactions and tips.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive knowledge of common and creative cocktails; excellent customer service skills; understanding of flavor pairings; ability to enforce alcohol consumption policies; responsible inventory management; physical stamina for long periods of standing or walking
