Requirements: Basic qualifications include maintaining regular attendance, availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays, adherence to store operating policies, engaging with customers, preparing food and beverages to standard recipes, and performing various tasks within the store. Required skills include the ability to learn quickly, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and relationship-building.
