About: The Human Bean, a coffee company with 12 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Downtown Boise, Boise City, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell, is seeking enthusiastic baristas to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; establish and maintain food handlers permit; adhere to Human Bean Coffee NDA policy; strong verbal and customer service skills; flexible schedule to fit business needs; developed critical thinking skills; ability to work well under pressure; emotional intelligence; physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift 40 lbs regularly; outgoing personality with a positive attitude
