Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; customer service experience preferred; knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control preferred; completion and certification in the Starbucks Barista Basics Training required within 30 days of start date; presents self professionally and acts with honesty and integrity; ability to be positive, communicate effectively, learn quickly, think on feet, handle multiple duties, and use a computer
