Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age or older; prior retail experience preferred; prior barista/cafe experience preferred; ability to perform basic math functions; ability to work weekends required; excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills; passion for hospitality and customer service; ability to learn quickly and be self-motivated; sense of urgency; current, valid food handler card preferred
