About: Our company’s mission is to inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience, and the Brewistas of our Brew Crew play a crucial role in executing this mission each day. Brewistas report to their stand management team and shift leaders during their shifts, focusing on building positive interactions with customers, teammates, and vendors while creating delicious drinks and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to converse with customers, handle payments, and prepare drinks efficiently; strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach; ability to work flexibly during early mornings and late nights, including weekends and holidays; capacity to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as needed including standing for extended periods and using equipment like ladders and utility knives
