Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Ability to lead and develop staff including direct reports. Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and compliance with safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate team members effectively. Knowledge and adherence to food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations. Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in culinary services.
