Position: BANQUET SOUS CHEF
About: The Pueblo of Sandia is looking to hire a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the culinary operations for the resort’s banquet kitchen and Sports Bar restaurant. This role requires managing high-volume, high-quality food production to deliver a superior dining experience while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. As part of the resort and casino’s team, attention to luxury standards and consistency in service are essential.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent; three (3) years’ experience in a full-service restaurant or food service operation including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity
