Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume banquet or catering environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role; strong knowledge of cooking techniques, banquet operations, and food safety standards; ability to support and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and time management skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred
