Position: Banquet Sous Chef

About: Hilton Charlotte Airport, located at 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217, is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to join the Atrium SPIRIT team, where teamwork, passion, and appreciation drive service excellence. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of all meals from the kitchen.

Requirements: 3 years of culinary experience; supervisory experience preferred; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost, and wage controls; thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and culinary preparations; Culinary Certification preferred; ServSafe Certification required
