Position: Banquet Manager

Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; High school diploma required; Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; Strong knowledge of service standards and different service types (French, Russian, etc.); Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws, and regulations; Long hours sometimes required; Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and guests; Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
