Position: Banquet Chef – FULL TIME – The Guest House at Graceland
About: Elvis Presley Enterprises at Graceland is seeking a Banquet Chef to oversee culinary aspects of banquet and catering functions at The Guest House at Graceland. This full-time position requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed. Requirements: Management experience in full-service banquets/dining/catering required; ability to cope with heavy workload; excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential; prioritize and work with limited supervision; attention to detail; knowledge of food preparation and safety; experience in Food and Beverage inventory control helpful; operate and clean restaurant equipment; familiarity with catering operations; proficiency in Excel and Word programs; physical ability to stand, reach, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and speak clearly and distinctly
