Position: Banquet Captain – Aria

Requirements: Two years of experience in catering, banquet, or convention/conferences; At least two years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in convention/conference space; Extensive experience in banquet services and event coordination; Strong leadership abilities with a passion for motivating and developing teams to achieve excellence; Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Knowledge of food and beverages, wine, liquors, and cocktails to assist guests and staff; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
