Position: Bakery / Deli Manager Trainee
About: Harp’s Food Stores is seeking a Bakery/Deli Manager Trainee to deliver exceptional customer service and manage bakery/deli department operations, inventory procedures, merchandising, sales floor standards, fresh food preparation, risk management, coaching/mentoring, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and more at their Springdale, AR location.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred; one year of previous work supervisory experience in bakery, restaurant, or food service operation preferred; clear oral and written communication skills; ability to lift, carry, and place merchandise up to 25 pounds without assistance; physical agility for bending, stooping, reaching, and standing; ability to work with cleaning solvents and potential allergens; completion of PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, and criminal background check may be required.
