Position: Bakery / Deli Manager Trainee

About: Harp’s Food Stores is currently seeking a Bakery/Deli Manager Trainee who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers and associates. The role involves supervising store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing effective solutions and maintaining high standards within the bakery/deli department. The position is located at 1945 Butterfield Coach Road in Springdale, AR.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred; Prefer one year previous work supervisory experience in bakery, restaurant, or food service operation; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; Ability to handle merchandise and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Physical agility to perform various tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting; Proficiency in repetitive hand and arm motions; Willingness to stand and walk continuously during shifts; Capable of visually locating merchandise and verifying information; Willingness to work in varying indoor conditions with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and humidity; Ability to work with cleaning solvents and allergens such as latex, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat; Completion of a PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, and criminal background check may be required for employment at Harp’s Food Stores.
