About: Arbor Acres Winston Salem, a senior living community in Winston Salem, NC, is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary operations for resident meals, special events, catering services, and employee meals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; two-year culinary degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of hands-on production in a commercial foodservice kitchen; 3 years of upscale restaurant cooking; experience in providing leadership to others; ServSafe certified (must obtain within six months of employment)
