Position: Associate Project Manager
About: CBRE, the global leader in real estate services, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist Project Management teams on capital project delivery and solutions for clients. The role involves direct accountability for project delivery, working with a large, multisite client to replace capital assets throughout the portfolio.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; excellent written and verbal presentation skills; understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems; strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality; intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
