Position: Associate Manager
About: Abby’s Restaurant is seeking an Associate Manager to assist in the management and direction of daily operations, ensuring quality food, sanitation, and customer service. The role involves supervising restaurant personnel, monitoring staffing levels, and maintaining customer satisfaction during peak periods. Additionally, the position focuses on building a loyal customer base, implementing marketing strategies, controlling costs, training staff, and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of the Manager.
Requirements: Successful completion of a Background Check and Drug Screen; High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in restaurant management; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to monitor and improve operational efficiency
