Position: Assistant Sous Chef
About: Management position at Atlanta Airport Marriott focusing on successfully accomplishing daily objectives in the kitchen. Leads staff, assists in food production, purchasing, and kitchen sanitation. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction within budget.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 5 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related major; 3 years experience in culinary, food and beverage. Ability to develop new ideas, maintain standards, supervise team activities, and maintain culinary goals. Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
