Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Rivea
About: At Rivea, located within MGM Resorts International, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining atmosphere. Requirements: 2 or more years of relevant restaurant experience, ideally in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments; Must be 21 years of age or older; Strong background in VIP guest service and experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements; A keen interest in learning about the restaurant’s French-Italian cuisine and menu, with a drive to grow and lead in the hospitality industry; Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and operational functions with attention to detail and efficiency; A proactive, team-oriented leader who is eager to mentor and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
