Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Panera Bread is searching for experienced, customer-focused Assistant Managers and Assistant General Managers to oversee the daily operations of our Long Island locations. As a leader, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering a high-quality menu and service.
– Maintain revenue and quality goals, ensuring efficient operation.
– Promote high standards in production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum one year as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume, fast-casual, or casual dining
– Skills: Proven management abilities in food service, with knowledge of kitchen operations, team leadership, and customer service.
– License: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
– Availability: Open to working 50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, within a 25-mile commute radius.
– Authorization: Proof of U.S. work eligibility.
