Position: Assistant Restaurant/Kitchen Manager
About: American Girl is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the American Girl Café at the Grove. Our Kitchen Managers are part of a restaurant and retail store team that is driven to deliver a premium, one-of-a-kind dining experience for girls and their families. Requirements: -Minimum of two years’ experience cooking and leading a kitchen team in an upscale or high-volume dining establishment; -Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills; -Computer skills required for Microsoft Word, Excel, restaurant reservation systems, POS systems, inventory systems, and basic office equipment (copiers/fax).
