Position: Assistant Night Ops Manager
About: A hospitality establishment is looking for a Third Shift Supervisor to lead and supervise personnel in accomplishing night operations missions and service guarantees, ensuring the club is set up for success each business day. The individual will be responsible for performing various guest service duties, organizing crew tasks, understanding banquet event orders, managing banquet set-up requirements, distributing equipment and supplies, completing maintenance request forms, and ensuring the use of chemicals and surfaces. Additionally, they will be in charge of completing night shift reports, incident reports, disciplinary actions, and understanding operating schedules of night operations staff. The role involves working side by side with the crew, assisting in policy and procedure development, completing special projects, and leading safety, security, and emergency response initiatives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of supervision experience; proven track record of dependability, accountability, and team understanding; self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills; knowledge of Microsoft Business Software (Excel, Outlook, Word); degree in Hospitality Management is desirable
