Position: Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
About: This restaurant is looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the general manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment. The assistant manager’s responsibilities align closely with those of the general manager, including placing vendor food orders, managing shifts, overseeing checklists, operating kitchen equipment, handling guest complaints, and maintaining guest hospitality standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for eight plus hours a day; ability to change stationary positions frequently throughout shift; ability to transport items up to fifty plus pounds around the restaurant; ability to read and write effectively; ability to count money
