Position: Assistant Manager – Optical

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; optical sales experience with supervising experience preferred; proven ability to lead, coach, and build associate relationships; strong understanding of store operations and standards for success; excellent oral and written communication skills for effective team management; exceptional customer service and organizational skills; ability to analyze and understand financial reports; demonstrated problem-solving abilities of varied scope
