Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of restaurant operations and 3 years of churrasco and churrascaria cuisine knowledge preferred; proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation; occasional travel required
