Position: Assistant Manager
About: SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Drive-In alongside the General Manager. This role aims to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests at SONIC Drive-In. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, and leading the team to deliver exceptional service, managing profit and loss statements, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements: Prior management experience; high standards for self and the team; positive attitude, especially during busy times; resiliency in problem-solving; eagerness to learn and grow; ability to prioritize tasks; excellent leadership and communication skills; associates degree in Business or related field preferred; willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
