Position: Assistant Manager
About: Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Enforces adherence to policies and procedures, oversees staffing, paperwork, food management, and ensures excellent customer service and operational standards. Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, and driving profitability are also key responsibilities.
Requirements: Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients and manage inventory; Prepare products; Receive and process orders; Complete paperwork and inventory tasks; Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness; Possess strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately; Proficient in basic math functions and handling cash transactions; Excellent motor coordination and computer skills for order processing.
