Position: Assistant Manager
About: Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to join their team and be part of a real fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant concept. This is an opportunity to showcase culinary and restaurant management skills in a dynamic environment focused on creating exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; Proof of a valid driver’s license; Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 plus hours; 2 or more years of management experience in the restaurant industry, managing teams of 15 or more employees, frequent customer interaction, and coaching employees; Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
