About: The Salvation Army Central Territory is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee beneficiaries in the kitchen, manage inventory, menus, ordering, and the Canteen. The role involves ensuring kitchen beneficiaries receive training, maintaining compliance with Health Department policies, supervising work therapy performance, coordinating with the Kitchen Supervisor on inventories and menus, managing food donations, tracking canteen sales, and maintaining communication within the kitchen team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of health department policies and kitchen safety practices; experience in kitchen supervision and menu management preferred; effective communication and supervisory skills
