Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Times Supermarkets is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their FOOD SERVICE team in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, sanitation procedures enforcement, training, product organization, and operations in the absence of the Kitchen Manager or Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Three years external experience as a Cook or two years internal experience as a Cook; One year supervisory experience preferred; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to effectively communicate with others
