Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Chick-fil-A is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to actively influence the team and ensure the execution of the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a food-safe environment and delivering high-quality food that exceeds Chick-fil-A standards. This position involves coaching team members in the kitchen, collaborating with managers, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through efficient operations and adherence to brand standards and food safety practices.
Requirements: Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs; Ability to bend, reach, twist, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time; Open availability including Fridays and Saturdays; Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime as needed
