Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Dave & Buster’s is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently. The AKM will be responsible for meeting food safety and quality standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining the kitchen’s operating standards and philosophies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management preferred; ability to optimize financial results and lead a team effectively; strong understanding of food safety and quality control; must be at least 21 years old
