Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation; effective communication skills to interact with staff and management; strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills for managing inventory and schedules; quick thinking and problem-solving abilities for handling kitchen issues; ability to remain calm and composed under pressure; keen attention to detail for maintaining high food quality and safety standards; thoroughness in completing tasks and checking work
