Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: The Sicilian Butcher, a chef-driven, modern-casual restaurant in Phoenix, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their team. As the second-in-command of the kitchen, this role involves maintaining high standards in food preparation, safety, and team leadership with a focus on Italian-inspired cuisine.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience; Bachelor’s degree or culinary school certification preferred; Exceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities; Basic experience with Microsoft Suite and proficiency in kitchen operations; A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence; Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet the physical demands of the role
