Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: A reputable food service company is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for their Royal Kunia location. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, sanitation procedures enforcement, training, product organization, and overall operations in the absence of both managers. The position will entail performing various duties in the kitchen and front of the house to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; three years external experience as a Cook or two years internal experience as a Cook; one year supervisory experience preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize work, and problem-solve effectively; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; troubleshooting skills
